Galerie Gmurzynska’s 49th year at Art Basel in Zurich
Galerie Gmurzynska was pleased to return to Art Basel Zürich for the 49th consecutive year presenting two exclusively curated Cabinet Exhibitions (Robert Indiana and Matta/Duchamp) alongside a selection of Classic Modern as well as Post-War works, including three major paintings by Pablo Picasso and a large-scale canvas by Wilfredo Lam.
Founded in Cologne in 1965, Galerie Gmurzynska has been a leading international art gallery specializing in masterpieces of both classic modern and post-war art for more than 50 years. It is also known as the prime worldwide gallery for artists of the Russian avant-garde and the early 20th century abstraction.
