Co-ownership of Elegance 80 presents a yacht share solution for savvy yacht owners who wish to enjoy the refined pleasures of yacht ownership without any of the hassle or exorbitant costs.
Fractional yacht ownership of Elegance 80 is a dramatically cheaper way to enjoy the glamorous yachting lifestyle – with a one-third-share ownership of this stunning 25-metre superyacht beginning at 339,900 EUR, and rising to 449,000 EUR for quarter-share ownership. Operational costs are estimated at 39,900 EUR per year for one-quarter owners, and 55,000 for one-third owners.
One-quarter owners of Elegance 80 will enjoy six weeks of usage per year, limited to two weeks per season. Those participating in the premier one-third ownership model will have usage rights of nine weeks, and can even make an income from the yacht’s vacation club members – when the yacht is not booked by one of the co-owners – which can net approximately 15,000 – 45,000 EUR per year.
Vacation Club Membership from €34,900
For those wishing to participate in a yacht sharing club without buying into the yacht ownership model, SmartYacht also offers a Vacation Membership Club, with three years luxury yachting membership starting from €34,900, which will provide up to six weeks a year of usage across the global fleet.
Additional operating costs only apply when you use the yacht, which equate to around 5,990-8,990 EUR per week.
