1. Sydney, Australia
Sydney is known for being a fantastic place to live, not least because of the gorgeous beaches and warm weather. Its modern aesthetics and high-end expensive living make it one of the most luxurious cities in the world.
That said, that’s not all that makes it a place of a luxury. In fact, the quality of life here is second to none, owing to the beautiful scenery, including National Parks and extraordinary architecture. If you fancy hopping onto a yacht on the harbor and taking in the Opera House from all angles, there’s nothing stopping you.
2. Los Angeles, USA
LA is the place for celebrities to go and live out their days in the Hollywood Hills. So, if you fancy joining those A-listers, you’d be hard-pressed to find anywhere better than this beautiful coastal city.
With sea and sun at every corner, as well as cliffs to hike, mansions to buy, and fine dining to enjoy, there’s so much to offer. Don’t be fooled, though, as there’s also so much to see and do while you’re here, you’ll almost never get bored.
3. Hong Kong, China
Hong Kong is one of the most expensive places to live, especially if you want to travel there, stay in a hotel, and eat good food. That said, it has plenty to boast on top of this, including a rich culture, tolerant values, and a variety of rural and city landscapes.
The city is highly connected, with infrastructure surpassing many others in the Western world. Ultimately, it has a huge amount to offer, but if you’re looking to live the luxury lifestyle here, you’ll have to fork out a fair bit of cash.
4. Dubai, UAE
One of the most expensive cities in the world to live in, Dubai is known for providing a luxurious way of life. Being one of the fastest-growing cities in the world, it’s known for modern and high-rise architecture, including the well-known Burj Khalifa. But that’s not all, as it also boasts:

As the fashion capital of the world, Paris provides high-end fashion goods marginally cheaper than many other places in the world. So, if you want to live the luxury lifestyle at a fraction of the cost, Paris could work for you.
That said, fine dining here does cost a pretty penny, so food costs might make up for your savings in the fashion department. Alongside the beautiful buildings, history, and romantic setting, Paris is the place to be for romanticizing your life.
7. Vienna, Austria
