A relatively young cocktails, the Espresso Martini is believed to have been first created in the early eighties by London bartender Dick Bradsel, and according to him, a famous model entered the Soho Brasserie where he was working and requested a drink that would wake her up…and so the cocktail was born. Here’s how to make FAIR Vodka’s version of the classic cocktail.
- 5 oz of FAIR Vodka
- 1 oz of FAIR Café
- Shot of espresso
- Fill the martini glass with ice to chill, then fill the cocktail shaker with ice as well.
- Shake, empty the ice out of the martini glass and pour directly into the glass to help create a rich, smooth froth.
- For decoration add a few Rococo chocolate coffee beans.
