Superior materials have been used throughout the design. These include Italian tiles, German modular cabinetry by Haeker, and US quartz countertops from CAMBRIA. Imported teakwood from Indonesia has been used for external cladding, and INALCO marble slab MDI tiles adorn the external accent walls.
To attain sustainability, electricity is harnessed from the sun through solar panels and utilized or stored in the hybrid dry cell. Excess energy is returned to the service provider for the homeowner to enjoy dividends in return. A mechanical petrol-driven genset serves as a backup. Rainwater is collected, treated, and stored in
a special holding tank and recycled for irrigation and cleaning purposes. Since normal potable water is not suitable for direct consumption, it will undergo reverse osmosis to achieve safe drinking water levels.
The home is equipped with state-of-the-art CCTV, and smart home automation backed up by the development’s efficient WIFI system. The swimming pool is heated by a series of solar tubes backed up by an LPG-driven water heater system. And rather than chlorine, the pool’s filtration system utilizes natural salt as the cleaning agent. These clever measures help to maximize sustainable living, and the exceptional design and layout of the home provide the family with everything they need to live their dream.
