Paying homage to a market in Mexico City where Olvera’s grandfather took him to when just a little boy, this dining space was completely gutted and remodeled for a distinctive design and flair. A generously sized, 3,500-square-foot space seats about 140 guests, in the main dining room, and the beautifully appointed bar area. The private dining room at Cosme allows for a more intimate setting, should the occasion require.
