As a highlight each year, Pelican Hill’s head pastry chef, Jeff Lehuede, and his team install an extraordinary Gingerbread Village. This holiday season, the talented team built their largest to date, which took more than 500 hours to construct and weighs approximately 400lbs. Inspired by both Dr. Seuss and Avatar, this year’s whimsical “enchanted forest” theme features rich, holiday colors and moving elements like a functional windmill.
