The historic villa now comprises a spa with sauna, steam, hammam, gym, the chicest of living and dining areas, and décor of “uncompromising luxury” including artwork by Robert Indiana and Michael Pfrommer.

Architect Luc Svetchine oversaw two years of renovations and landscape design, with the existing rooms all enlarged while preserving the original architectural foundations.  The villa embraces “the spirit of a holiday home” with custom-built period furniture in natural materials such as cotton, linen, and rattan in soft hues of champagne and opal – to reflect the tones of the Mediterranean.” The gardens look over towards Juan Les Pins.

Villa guests, who have also entitled to two complimentary daily spa treatments per day during their stay, have access to the 5-star’s saltwater rock pool, red clay tennis courts, a private seaside cabana, and an excursion for four people on board the Aquariva Super ‘Eden-Roc’, as well as the services of a “24/7 dedicated butler” and a chauffeured Merc to transfer you from or to Nice or Cannes airports. You wouldn’t expect anything less!
