The Aber Falls distillery is where their whisky is distilled, bottled, and matured, and it’s not just whisky that’s on offer, there’s a whole host of other spirits from Welsh Gin to delicious liqueurs too. For now, though, ex-Bake Off contestant, Tom Gillford, has shared his whisky recipe for Aber Falls, and for us.

Ingredients
30ml Aber Falls whisky
25ml cloudy apple juice
2 tsp strong black tea
2 sprigs of mint
30ml dry cider

Method
– Fill a cup with crushed ice.
– Dry shake the whisky, mint, tea, and apple juice for 45 seconds.
– Pour over the ice.
– Top off the drink with the cider and garnish with some mint leaves.
