Enjoy Luxury Private Dining at the Diplomat Hotel

When The Diplomat Beach Resort underwent its $100 million transformation in April 2017, every restaurant space was designed to have the ability to make it private. There are a total of 9 eating venues at the resort, from casual grab-and-go market to the most exquisite full-service meal. Each has a completely different vibe and cuisine from the next, but the one thing they all share in common is that their private dining options are next-level. For those with refined tastes looking to host their next dinner event with class, privacy, and upscale service, consider these exquisite private dining spaces at the wildly popular Hollywood resort.

Diplomat Prime Restaurant at The Diplomat Resort & Spa

Diplomat Prime | This luxury boutique steakhouse speaks class and excellence with its subdued elegance and posh setting.  Chef Nicolay Adinaguev (Steak 954, Verde) is at the helm of this classic chophouse, offering house-aged prime beef, a full raw bar (including seafood towers) and Florida grouper and snapper dishes, plus a carefully curated wine list and craft cocktails.

There are two private dining options and both are equally elegant, framed with dark woods and colorful azure wallpaper to serve as a stately contrast.  The larger room seats up to 32 guests, the smaller 16. Guests can work directly with the restaurant to create a unique menu for their event or choose from the already celebrated meals on the menu.
