1. Contact Us

This consultation can be done remotely; we will ask you to send us multiple detailed photos of your hair and scalp to evaluate the degree of hair loss. Dr. Aygin will then put together a personalized, detailed treatment plan.
2. Schedule Your Appointment
After you and your doctor have agreed on a treatment plan, you’re ready to schedule your appointment. We feature flexible bookings so you can make an appointment at your earliest convenience. Book your trip on your terms. We’ll give you a quote, but you aren’t responsible for paying anything upfront. You pay only upon arrival at our clinic.
3. Arrival In Istanbul
As soon as you’ve made your appointment, our agents will start working to prepare for your arrival. We offer all-inclusive packages that cover all of your needs to guarantee a hassle-free, comfortable trip. You just need to arrange your trip to and from Istanbul and leave the rest to us. When you arrive at the airport in Istanbul, one of our liaisons will greet you, assist with airport transfers, escort you to your accommodations (booked by us) and help you check-in. All of our clients are entitled to up to 3 nights’ stay in one of Istanbul’s premier 4-star hotels.
4. First Night And Second Day
Once you have checked into your room, you are free to explore the vibrant city around you. The next morning, we will pick you up at your hotel and transport you to our clinic where you will have a final one-on-one consultation with Dr. Aygin to go over all of the details of your transplant. During this appointment, all patients are required to undergo a blood test for diseases such as HIV, Hepatitis C, or Syphilis. If this test is positive, we are unable to perform any operations.
5. Your Hair Transplant
On the following day, we will again pick you up and transport you to our clinic for your procedure. After a final inspection, we begin the pre-operative preparations. For all operations, guests are given the option to receive anesthesia. We offer local anesthesia, general sedation, or revolutionary needleless SOFT anesthesia to prevent any pain or discomfort throughout the operation. This is entirely optional, and regardless of choice, you will remain fully conscious the entire time.
To begin your hair transplant, doctors first remove healthy hair follicles from a donor area – typically the back of the head. Depending on which transplant technique is being used, these follicles are then briefly stored in a solution to keep them healthy before implantation or are immediately implanted into the recipient site.
Hair transplants are outpatient procedures that typically require 4-6 hours. After your operation, we will transport you and any guests back to your hotel room for you to recover.
6. The Follow-up Examination
The day after your operation, we will once again pick you up and drive you to our clinic for your follow-up appointment. At this time, all patients may receive LLLT laser therapy and/or PRP treatment. These have been shown to speed up the rate of healing and stimulate the growth of newly transplanted hairs. At this time, we will also go over the details of your post-operative care. You will receive all necessary medications and detailed instructions for their use.
7. Post-Operative Care
In the days and weeks post-operation, there are several important things to keep in mind. It is vital that you do not touch, wash, or comb your hair for at least 3 days after the transplant as the hairs have not yet had a chance to take root. After this time you may begin washing your hair in accordance with the instructions given to you by your doctor. For the first 15-20 days it is important to avoid overly stressful or physical situations and to avoid things such as swimming.
