Ingredients

– 40ml Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin
– 20ml Aperol
– 40ml Grapefruit juice
– Grapefruit wedge and a sprig of basil to garnish

Method
Add the gin, Aperol, and grapefruit juice over large cubed ice in a spritz glass.
Stir gently blending the flavors.
Top up the glass with soda or sparkling water to lengthen.
Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and a sprig of basil.
