Luxury champagne brand De Watère completes a decade

It produces Premier Cru Champagnes using original, all-natural viticulture methods, from employing horses in the vineyard instead of tractors to avoid emissions to applying the labels by hand. The same original methods were employed in the production of Champagne over 200 years ago are used again in the production of De Watère Champagnes today. The work is carried out by hand wherever possible, and the grapes are exclusively hand-picked, and the vineyards plowed by horses.
