The X-Class from Mercedes-Benz is all about being rugged but the Chelsea Truck Company adds some oomph to the design with its own signature styling changes. In fact, the Mercedes Benz X Class has been given the ‘Dark Destroyer’ name along with its new persona. Obviously, wheels make or break a design in terms of the right stance and here the X-Class gets Afzal Kahn’s signature styling package which consists of 22” RS-XF wheels (also in Black 3D texture). A front bumper vented spoiler and GT grille, vented bonnet, and front bumper vents, suspension lift, side steps, protective door guards along with an optional hardtop are notable additions. Customers can also request ‘state of the art’ bullet-proof glass.
Needless to say, there is privacy tinted glass and a luxurious cabin. The interior has been suitably enhanced with the front and rear seats being reupholstered in quilted soft leather with contrast stitching, center armrest, dashboard, and door armrests- all re-upholstered. There are also personalization options in terms of the dashboard, interiors, and handcrafted seats having different material finishes. The paint finish does add to the menacing stance and the luxury factor makes the X-Class more than a utilitarian pick-up.
