As you may know, the newly-engaged Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson recently bought a home in the Zaha Hadid-designed 520 West 28th Street. Whether a popstar like Ariana or a comedian like Pete, celebs of all types are looking to own property in the Big Apple. Here are some NYC building perfect for every type of celeb, and while some buildings are great for Olympic athletes, others are practically made for your favorite doggy influencer.

The Doggy Influencer | Everyone follows at least one dog on Instagram. Though some prefer Samson The Goldendoodle while other prefer Doug the Pug, all can agree that Fifty Third and Eighth in Hell’s Kitchen is the go-to NYC condominium for Insta-worthy pups. Boasting its own private pet park, doggy residents of Fifty Third and Eighth won’t be bothered with the canine commoners of NYC’s public dog parks. The building’s concierge is also happy to coordinate pet-friendly activities in the city, such as pet spa outings for the truly pampered pup.

The Hot Shot Visual Artist | VIsual artists and star interior designers alike will appreciate 91 Leonard’s subtle nods to surrounding TriBeCa. To honor the nabe’s rich history as a mecca for artists of all kinds, the building includes whitewashed wood floors with planks that are exactly the same width as those of traditional TriBeCa warehouses and a custom rope LED chandelier in the residents’ lounge that mimics materials artists commonly work with. To put the building on a level worthy of glamorous celebs, Whitehall Interiors chose jaw-dropping onyx feature walls for the powder rooms.

The Model Building

The Model | As the Financial District becomes one of the most stylish and sought-after pockets in Lower Manhattan, it’s also becoming the perfect destination for NYC’s hottest models. With close proximity to the Conde Nast headquarters, South Street Seaport, FDR Drive and West Street (for easy access to photoshoots throughout the boroughs), and some of the hottest restaurants to see and be seen, 19 Dutch is a model’s dream come true. Not to mention the 24-hour attended front lobby, Dutch-influenced interiors and wow-worthy views, the tower is the perfect place to unwind on days off.

The Actor Building

The Actor | Expertly designed by Jacques Garcia and Hill West Architects, the d’Orsay is the perfect oasis for star-studded actors. From its proximity to NYC’s most sought after neighborhoods–Meatpacking District, West Village, and Chelsea–to its amenities, including a full-time doorman and concierge, a roof-level garden with city views, and a spa complete with a plunge pool, treatment room and steam room, it’s no wonder actors (including Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson) are rushing to lock down a home in the new development.

The Incognito Mogul | With interiors by Leroy Street Studio, a firm known to design ultra-luxurious single family mansions for entrepreneurs and top music executives, 90 Morton is the perfect place to live for a star-studded millionaire that wants to be away from the public eye. Where specifically? The elite neighborhood of the West Village. This latest condominium conversion is turning heads, and has 35 residences that range from $5.3 million to $37.5 million. The building also has a robust amenities package including a salt water pool with private elevator access and a rooftop terrace that offers views of the Statue of Liberty and the Hudson River. What’s more? The building also offers a private car port off of the entrance, further elevating privacy for those hiding from the paparazzi.
