Seattle Lake Union

Worth Avenue Yachts specialty is luxury yacht sales, charters, and new constructions.  Established in 2011 by industry leaders Michael Mahan and Brian Tansey. Michael, who has over 30 years of experience in the luxury yachting industry, recognized the need for an entirely new yacht brokerage business model as the industry became competitive. It is why the luxurious yacht broker Worth Avenue Yachts is proud to announce the opening of its Seattle office serving the Pacific Northwest and the West Coast of the Americas is a no better location than on South Lake Union, the heart of the region’s boat industry.

Today, Seattle is home to prominent shipyards and service centers such as Westport, Christensen, Delta, Nordlund, and Westbay in Canada. The thriving Pacific Northwest is the entryway to probably the most productive cruising grounds on the planet with the San Juan and Gulf Islands making up the archipelago that stretches to Canada and through a passageway all the way to Alaska.

The new office will be overseen by Ray Prokorym, a Worth Avenue Yachts Seattle partner who just completed an exceptionally effective 12-year residency with Ocean Alexander overseeing all three of their offices in California and Washington State. Ray will be joined by Niel Steenkamp who offers a wealth of knowledge along with a reputable community of yachting aficionados on the West Coast

Ray comments, “With a wealth of services that the Worth Avenue Yachts team delivers along with their international presence and a stellar record of customer service, we are very excited to bring the brand and this level of professionalism to our valued clients on the West Coast of the U.S.”

Brian Tansey and Michael Mahan, the originators of Worth Avenue Yachts are equally enthused about the new West Coast presence and team.

“Some of our best clients are from the West Coast and having a team there will only add to the positive client experience that Worth Avenue Yachts builds its foundation on,” says Brian Tansey.

Worth Avenue Yachts has a head office in Palm Beach and retail workplaces in Fort Lauderdale and Monaco.

Today, Worth Avenue Yachts has accomplished more than USD 1.2 billion in yacht sales, and with its new location in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, that number will more likely than triple.

Location: Worth Avenue Yachts Seattle will open on 1 May 2019 at Chandler’s Cove, 901 Fairview Avenue N., Suite A180, Seattle, Washington 98109. Contact phone #: (206) 209-1920
