Timber floors, sculptural sofas, antique metal details, and graphic rugs set the scene, while custom furniture and Calacatta marble bars elevate the mood. Natural light floods the spaces, highlighting soft neutrals accented with richer shades and bold patterns.
The Penthouse on the 29th floor spans more than 2,800 square feet. Its Aquatone palette evokes the city’s beach culture, with an open living area anchored by a marble bar, dining space, and sculptural chairs. The bedroom flows into a grand dressing area and a bayfront corner designed for quiet moments above Brickell Avenue.
The Bayfront Presidential Suites, just over 2,100 square feet each, open directly to sweeping views of Biscayne Bay.
