The Venice International Film Festival always brings a parade of cinematic moments, but this year it also spotlighted a different kind of artistry: lingerie as fashion. Lady Amelia Spencer and Lady Eliza Spencer teamed up with Intimissimi as they got ready for the premiere of Luca Guadagnino’s After The Hunt, starring Julia Roberts, Ayo Edebiri, Andrew Garfield, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Chloë Sevigny.

Their pre-red carpet ritual unfolded at Hotel Nolinski, where the sisters slipped into Intimissimi silk pieces before stepping into gowns by Cappellazzo Couture. Eliza chose the Simona Silk Super Push Up Bra in Satin Pink beneath a tailored look, while Amelia paired the Tiziana Silk Bra in Ivory with her evening ensemble. Both finished their outfits with Damiani jewelry, Roger Vivier shoes, and Aspinal of London bags.
It wasn’t just about underpinnings. Intimissimi’s signature silk bras peeked through their couture looks, proving why the collection has become a staple for women who treat lingerie as both essential and a statement. Designed in Italy with an emphasis on luxurious materials, the line spans everything from triangle and balconette shapes to push-up silhouettes. Colors include the ivory and rose satin seen on the Spencers, as well as classic black and navy.
This year also marked another chapter in Intimissimi’s connection with Venice. As an official partner of the festival, the brand continues its dialogue with art, culture, and the Veneto region.
Founded in 1996, Intimissimi has built its reputation on blending Italian craftsmanship with contemporary design. Today, the brand has 1,719 stores across 53 countries, offering lingerie, loungewear, and accessories for women who want elegance to feel effortless.
