Recipe: Dutch Barn Vodka’s Cherry Blossom Sour

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Dutch Barn Vodka
  • 25ml Monin Cherry Blossom Syrup
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 50ml egg white
  • 2 drops of saline solution
  • 3 drops angostura bitters

Directions:
1. Place a large ice cube into a rock glass.
2. Combine all the ingredients except for the bitters, add to the cocktail shaker, dry shake first, then hard shake with ice.
3. Double strain into the glass and garnish with three drops of Angostura bitters.
