When the temperature drops and everyone’s settling in after dinner, this is the sort of drink that makes the whole room go quiet for a moment. It’s rich, a little mischievous, and ridiculously easy to pull together. Think of it as the grown-up version of the hot chocolate you loved as a kid, dressed up with caramel, a hint of spice, and a smooth splash of bourbon.

Ingredients:
- 6 tsp Cartwright & Butler Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
- 400 ml milk
- 60 ml BUFFALO TRACE Kentucky Straight bourbon whiskey 700ml
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 6 to 8 toasted marshmallows
- 3 Cartwright & Butler Salted Caramel Thins
Method:
- Warm the milk, salted caramel drinking chocolate, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Heat it gently until it’s just about to simmer, whisking so it turns silky.
- Stir in the bourbon, then pour into your favorite mugs.
- Top with toasted marshmallows and tuck a salted caramel thin on the side or crumble it over the top.
