Calling all Champagne Lanson and tennis fans, guests will be able to experience an exclusive pairing of Champagne Lanson’s newest cuvée — Le Rosé Création 67 and a limited-edition tennis-themed sweet treat created by Paula Stakelum, Global Director of Chocolate and Pâtisserie at Red Carnation Hotels.

In a celebration of tennis and culinary artistry, Champagne Lanson has partnered with Paula Stakelum, better known as Paula Pastry, to announce an exclusive two-week pop-up event at The Leopard Room, The Rubens at the Palace, from July 1st – July 14th, 2024.

An ode to the iconic Wimbledon strawberries and cream, guests can indulge in the limited-edition ‘Sweet Serve Tennis’ dessert which features a strawberry and cream tart decorated with Valrhona ‘Opalys’ velvety white chocolate and served with a glass of Champagne Lanson Le Rosé Création 67. Delicious.

Pairing beautifully with sweet treats, Le Rosé Création is a versatile cuvée with subtle floral and fruity notes of strawberry, redcurrant, and pomelo. Made from a 2019 base harvest of grapes from 27 Grand and Premier Crus villages throughout Champagne, Le Rosé Création 67 contains 52% Pinot Noir, 34% Chardonnay, and 14% Meunier alongside 29% reserve wine. Le Rosé Création 67, refers to the 67th elaboration of this iconic non-vintage rosé by Maison Lanson.
