Luxury cars often borrow language from music—rhythm, harmony, and composition. At Bentley Motors’ headquarters in Crewe, those ideas recently became something real. Three celebrated musicians worked with Bentley’s artisans to create a bespoke Bentley Continental GTC inspired by sound, creativity, and personal artistry.

The collaboration brought together organist Anna Lapwood, virtuoso cellist Tina Guo, and electronic music pioneer Sister Bliss of Faithless. During a visit to Bentley’s campus, the three artists partnered with designers from Bentley Mulliner, the brand’s bespoke division. Together, they created a car that reflects their musical backgrounds while celebrating individual creativity.

The result is a Continental GTC that feels almost like a musical piece. Each detail reflects the personality and influence of the three artists.

The exterior sets the tone. The convertible wears Peacock Satin paint, a deep shade that shifts in changing light. Tornado Red accents highlight the front bumper, rear diffuser, and mirror caps. Matching red brake calipers add a subtle performance cue. The ten-spoke 22-inch wheels continue the theme with Peacock Satin pockets and bright-machined faces. A Dark Grey Metallic roof completes the look.

Inside, the design becomes more expressive. Imperial Blue leather forms the main color of the cabin. Pillar Box Red accents and gold highlights provide contrast. Stitching in blue, red, and gold threads runs across the seats and trim. Gold-anodized speaker grilles add a final touch of warmth to the interior palette.

Each artist contributed a personal design element.

Guo focused on the dashboard. She chose Copper Stone veneer, a rare material made from real stone, only 0.6 millimeters thick. Its layered surface reflects the natural textures and ancient influences found in her music.

Sister Bliss brought the language of electronic music into the cabin. A soundwave pattern appears embroidered across the seats and doors. The design uses subtle Imperial Blue stitching. A bolder version appears on the convertible’s tonneau cover in Pillar Box Red. The same waveform appears on the treadplates and as animated puddle lights when the doors open.

Lapwood found inspiration in a familiar Bentley detail. The brand’s air-vent controls are called “Organ Stops,” a reference to pipe organs. Their movement mirrors the controls of the instrument. For this car, she specified that the pieces be finished in 24-karat gold. The change transforms a small detail into a tribute to her craft.

A final touch sits in the center console. A polished stainless-steel plaque carries the engraved signatures of the three musicians. Next to the signatures is a Spotify code. Scan it, and a curated playlist created by Lapwood, Guo, and Sister Bliss plays through the Bentley’s Bang & Olufsen sound system.

The unique Continental GTC will debut at a female-focused automotive event at Bicester Motion on International Women’s Day. Afterward, it will join Bentley’s UK press fleet for several months. Eventually, the car will be offered for sale.

For Bentley, the project highlights the brand’s belief in craftsmanship and imagination. In this case, those elements came together to create something unusual—a grand tourer inspired by music and shaped by three remarkable artists.
