This season, Miami Beach offers a different kind of holiday palette—Blue, Black, or White—courtesy of ZAROVA, Florida’s newest ultra-luxury vodka, debuting globally on Christmas Day.

Rooted in the distillation traditions of Cuba and shaped by the refined ease of Palm Beach, ZAROVA arrives with three rare expressions:
• Black Bottle – distilled from American corn
• Blue Bottle – crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave from Jalisco
• White Bottle – made from French “Champagne grapes.”

Each spirit is distilled eight times, run through advanced filtration, and bottled in hand-blown glass, emphasizing rarity and craftsmanship. All three are kosher, gluten-free, sugar-free, additive-free, non-GMO, and vegan.

The vodka will launch exclusively across elite private clubs, luxury hotels, and high-end digital platforms, with global distribution negotiations already underway for expansion into new markets.

ZAROVA is the creation of Misael Plasencia and Neydis Rojas—a Cuban couple who arrived in the U.S. in 2003 and later built a Palm Beach real estate portfolio of more than 60 properties. Their business operations are headquartered in Fort Worth.

Plasencia, born in Los Palacios, Pinar del Río, studied engineering in Havana and spent years working in Cuban sugar mills, where he learned distillation fundamentals from master rum makers—heat control, fermentation rhythm, column precision, and the patience required for purity. Rojas worked at the famed Hotel Nacional de Cuba and the Suchel Camacho perfume factory before transitioning into real estate; both received their licenses in 2007.

Along the way, Plasencia earned a master’s degree in artificial intelligence and completed the rigorous QLA Bootcamp for high-performance entrepreneurs led by Dan Peña in Scotland.

“ZAROVA is not just a drink,” he says. “It is the liquid representation of your journey—discipline, sacrifice, and elegance distilled. ZAROVA Vodka was conceived as an extension of our own story.”

The tasting profiles follow suit.
Zarova Black carries clean notes of fresh grain, a mineral edge, and a whisper of vanilla.
Zarova Blue—an entirely new proposition for the vodka category—melds the crystalline purity of traditional vodka with the aromatic depth of Jalisco agave, placing it on track to disrupt the premium spirits world.

Across all three editions, the philosophy remains the same: create spirits of uncompromising character for discerning collectors, and craft bottles meant to stand alongside the world’s finest luxury liquors.

Rojas oversees design, branding, and communication, while Plasencia drives strategy and global expansion. The duo is already shaping future ventures, including a premium tequila and a Napa Valley wine label—each envisioned with the same dedication to authenticity and soul.

It may not be a true white Christmas.
But in Miami Beach, it just might rain olives.
