Announced at the Monaco Yacht Show 2024, Sirena Yachts finally shared a glimpse of its debut superyacht, the Sirena 42M. The 42-meter masterpiece is a testament to yachtmaking that redefines elegance and innovation, making it a no-brainer why the superyacht is attracting widespread attention among yacht enthusiasts and potential owners. The first hull of this superyacht is now ready to be assembled at the Sirena Yachts’ facility at Altınova Yalova, near Bursa, Turkey.
With over 30 employees working tirelessly on this project, the superyacht is said to be completed very soon. “Due to the complexity of the build, we decided to employ an external surveyor to monitor progress and control quality – in addition to the Class Society,” explained Cagin Genc, CEO of Sirena Yachts.
A masterpiece of design and engineering, the Sirena 42M is the product of ingenious designers and engineers collaborating with some of the flagbearers of the yachting industry. Known for the ability to marry functionality with aesthetic appeal, Luca Vallebona is the brainchild behind the exterior and interior layouts. The Viken Group, led by Hot Lab, is renowned for its attention to detail and captivating designs. The naval architecture, which, in the backroom, emphasizes the vessel’s functionalities, performance, and stability, is created with the aid of Van Oossanen, whose work would assure that the yacht looks as savvy as a yacht should be both technically and aesthetically.
The Sirena 42M is the most innovative use of materials and design. Its superstructure will be made from lightweight aluminum, which is beneficial in terms of performance and efficiency. “A plumb bow, high bulwarks, and a gentle curve to the shear line will make Sirena 42M an instant head-turner,” adds Genc. Upon completion, Sirena 42 would host four beautifully appointed guest cabins and an indulgent master suite. The owner’s suite, after all, is a work of art in luxury and can be positioned forward to form a private retreat complete with a secluded patio terrace. This serene space, sunken into the foredeck and accessorized with a Jacuzzi and lush plants, offers an oasis to readily access by a sinuous staircase evoking the yacht’s interior curves. “I am delighted to report that we are exactly where we wanted to be at this stage of the build – precisely on schedule and working to a very high standard of finish.”, says Genc.
The Sirena 42M is created for a next-generation owner who enjoys excitement and adrenaline, unwinds, and releases tension. The superyacht can accommodate variable social areas according to the owner’s requests. Expanded living space could become a games room or studio; extra dedicated dining space increases versatility. An aft deck has a pool and bulwarks that drop down creating an impressive beach club atmosphere perfect for entertaining. The open flybridge and expansive beach club area make Sirena 42M not just a vessel but a lifestyle statement where every day is an adventure.
The Sirena 42M, scheduled for delivery in 2026, is already available on the market. The asking price for this masterpiece sits at €23.95 million and will be sold by Northrop and Johnson.
