Guava duff is a rolled pastry. It’s made from locally sourced guava jam, that’s spread onto sweet, cookie-like dough. The dough is rolled up and baked, providing a layered, textured pastry that’s perfect any time of day. More of a cake fan? You’ll love Bahamian rum cake. A decadent and boozy version of the rum cake, in the Bahamas, a wet, rum-soaked cake is matched with a sweet, booze-spiked drizzle. It’s the perfect after-dinner delight.

5. Bahamian Mac ‘N’ Cheese
