Perfect Upper Class Experience in Las Vegas

Let’s face it: Las Vegas is the perfect place to go if you want to splash a whole load of cash on things you probably wouldn’t indulge in if you were anywhere else.
But that’s part of the beauty of going to Las Vegas. People who don’t have the money can get an illusion of luxury – and people who do, get the real thing.
Let’s take a look at the kind of activities you could fit into a Las Vegas weekend. There’s a lot to do, between sightseeing, shows, and of course – food and drinks!

Airplane tour of Grand Canyon

Private Tour of the Grand Canyon

Regular people who have a bit of money can take the helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon. But if you’ve got thousands to spend on once-in-a-lifetime sightseeing opportunities, you can get the full package luxury tour at $5,300 for up to 7 people.

Why is it that expensive? Well, you get picked up at your hotel by a private limousine, first of all. They’ll drive you to the Vegas airport, where a sleek, state-of-the-art jet plane will be waiting for you.

Then, you get to fly around the Grand Canyon with none of the clattering, whirring sounds of riding a helicopter. Not to mention, you won’t have to scream into a headset to be heard.

Once you touch down, the full-day hike begins. You’re first taken by SUV around the most gorgeous trails. And then you can do some hiking of your own.

If you’re feeling peckish after all that excitement, then you can grab some lunch at one of the Canyon’s luxury restaurants. Or, you can choose to have a private catered picnic.

Allergies and food preferences are of course taken into account when you make your booking.

Train Dolphins at the Mirage Hotel

Each hotel in Vegas hosts a special something that they’re known for. There are so many amazing hotels, it’s probably the only way to stand out.

The Mirage Hotel and Casino has a secret or more specifically, a Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat. It’s basically like a mini-zoo that hosts white tigers, lions, and bottle-nosed dolphins.

You can visit the animals for a small fee, but if you’re up for it, you can do more than just visit them.

With prices starting at $495, tourists can become trainers for a day and take care of the Mirage’s family of dolphins! You’ll be guided by real dolphin trainers, who will take you through the paces.

The whole experience lasts 5 hours, and has a food break overlooking the pool.

Luxury Foods

Speaking of food. If you want to spend some serious money on Vegas gastronomy, then what better than to check out some of the most expensive foods you can find?

Burger Brassiere

Did you ever think you’d spend $777 on a burger? Well, you can at the Paris Hotel.

The burger you can get here is deemed by some to be the world’s most expensive burger. It’s difficult to know though as American luxury restaurants do like to one-up one another by sprinkling gold-leaf and truffle everywhere and calling it expensive gourmet.

There’s neither of those things here. In between those lush burger buns, you’re getting Kobe beef, Maine lobster, Brie, prosciutto, all sprinkled with 100 year aged balsamic vinegar.

We’re not sure just how well the Kobe beef and Main lobster go together in one bite, but it’s definitely something to tick off your bucket list.

It’s even served with a glass of Rose Dom Perignon champagne. Does this go well with burgers, you ask? Who knows? But you’ll look damn classy.

Capital Grille’s High Roller Martini

Now, you probably have already spent over $1,000 on drinks in one sitting, if you like to be generous at parties. At least, it’s not as unheard-of as splurging on a burger.

But the drinks at Capital Grille have a little something extra.

For $1,000, you can get either of these two drinks:

  • The Gotham: served with a string of pearls
  • The High-Roller Martini: served with a pave diamond ring

This can be a great way to treat your significant other. And the money you spend on expensive drinks at this bar will be contributed to charity, too!
