The Best Classic Car Reproductions

Who doesn’t dream about driving a classic car? While these vehicles have a massive appeal for their looks and history, they’re also very old. As a result, the insurance and maintenance costs of these cars are quite high.

Luckily, there are still ways to enjoy classic, luxury vehicles without the massive cost. There are several car manufacturing companies making incredible replicas and reproductions of vintage cars. Below is a list of the best classic car reproductions. These incredible vehicles have been reproduced with both aesthetics and functionality in mind. They allow you to pull up in a car that looks like a 1970 Shelby Mustang, all while sporting modern components.

1. The Revology Mustang GT 2+2 Fastback

Released in 1966, the Mustang GT 2+2 remains one of the Mustang family’s most popular models. Revology Cars, the first company to get Ford’s permit to produce Ford replicas, has made it possible for classic car enthusiasts to own a brand new GT 2+2. The Revology Mustang is fashioned from an old body shell, but all the components are modern and crafted with performance in mind. Essentially, your replica Revology Mustang will be more powerful than the original 1966 edition.

The Revology Mustang GT 2+2 Fastback has excellent safety features. It features a fuel shut off inertia switch, 3-point front seat belts, and a collapsible steering shaft. These features and front-seat head restraints will protect you in case of a collision. We all want to drive cars with excellent safety features. In case of an accident, consult a personal injury lawyer to help you get maximum compensation.

2. Pur Sang: Bugatti T35

The Bugatti T35 belongs to a high-price family of cars that only a few speed buffs managed to get their hands on. It rolled out over 100 years ago and remained a Grand Prix track beast until about 1950.

The T-35’s reputation has understandably earned many reproduction attempts, with California-based Pur Sang managing to produce what’s arguably the closest-looking replica. The most notable difference is that Pur Sang’s product comprises modern components and is more comfortable and powerful.

3. Beck GTS

Recreating the 904 GTS remains Chuck Beck’s most notable reproduction work to date. The original 904 GTS version and Beck’s creation are as similar as it gets, but the recreation sports modern and more powerful features, including a fiberglass body and a stainless-steel chassis, which make it significantly lighter compared to the original model.

4. California Custom Coach Model 876

Crafted after the Art-Deco Auburn Speedster, the California Custom Coach Model 876 has the old-school look of its 1930s role model and modern and more powerful features. The dash is a little different, but all that is eclipsed by the perfectly-mimicked eccentric body shell of this ‘30s beauty.

5. Parallel Designs Torero

The Parallel Designs Torero is such an authentic replica of the Lamborghini Diablo that even Valentino Balboli gave it his approval. The body shell is exactly that of its role model, but the original beast is faster. This is mostly because the Parallel Designs Diablo does not use the Lamborghini V12 engine. You can, however, ask to have yours fitted with a BMW V12 engine.

Endnote

Classic car reproduction allows you to own and drive some of the coolest cars from the previous century. Remember, you have a vast range of options to choose from, so your choice should be guided by careful consideration.
