Drink Lots and Lots of Water

If there’s one thing you can’t deny a celebrity of is their water intake. It seems as though they’re always drinking it! Maybe that’s why their skin is always glowing… Maybe that’s why they got a deal to start their own makeup line… If you start drinking lots of water, maybe you’ll get your own line of makeup too!

While that’s not exactly realistic, it is realistic to drink lots of water, and it’s a huge contributor to weight loss as well.
