Other notable dining venues include Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, curated by Michelin-star chef Heston Blumenthal, Jaleo by José Andrés showcasing signature Spanish cuisine for sharing, and Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, adorned in jewel tones with aromatic Persian dishes rich in texture and flavor.
Though all dining venues impressed me, Gastronomy stood out. It’s not your typical breakfast spot—it resembles more of a food market or hall with an array of menu options. It’s a food haven that takes guests on a culinary journey. With countless choices, I was spoiled for selection. Live cooking stations offered diverse menu items, showcasing the freshness, including baked goods. Gastronomy truly caters to everyone, making it a must-visit in Dubai. It might even become a tradition for me whenever I return, as there are still so many dishes I yearn to try.
One highlight we couldn’t miss was Cloud 22, an exclusive rooftop retreat providing guests with a sanctuary in the sky. Positioned high above Dubai, Cloud 22 offers panoramic vistas of the city’s iconic skyline, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience.
We unwound in the refined ambiance of the rooftop bar, where skilled mixologists craft signature cocktails and libations. The Sky Garden complements this with a tantalizing selection of gourmet dishes inspired by global cuisines. Whether bathed in the warmth of the Arabian sun or enchanted by the city lights at night, Cloud 22 delivered an exceptional experience that left an indelible impression.

Though I didn’t book a treatment, I thoroughly enjoyed the spa’s facilities: steam rooms, vitality pool, sauna, and relaxation area—a perfect reflection of the incredible experiences of my stay.
