This refreshing cocktail from Mixologist Jone Buaoka from COMO Laucala Island, FIJI is perfect while enjoying the stunning views of the turquoise waters in Fiji

 

Name of Head Mixologist: Jone Buatoka   

Ingredients:

30ml Basil infused Vodka

15ml Vanilla Syrup

Fresh Passionfruit Pulp

Soda Water

Method:
– Combine all ingredients without the soda water and give it a handshake in a Boston Shaker.
– Double strain all ingredients into a whisky snifter (balloon) glass then add ice and top up with soda.
– Add Passionfruit pulp into the glass then garnish with a 1/4 Passionfruit slice and a flower (optional).
