Rooster Rojo Tequila comes in Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and now Smoked Pineapple Tequila using the finest Red Spanish Pineapples; as well as 100% Blue Weber Agave, from the Volćan de Tequila, a UNESCO protected area in Mexico and Rojo Añejo.

Crafted by the Fabrica de Tequilas Finos specialists and blended with water that is filtered through Mexican silver, Rooster Rojo is the first Tequila to use this technique.

  • 45 ml Rooster Rojo Reposado or Rooster Rojo Smoked Pineapple
  • 20 ml Triple Sec e.g., Cointreau
  • 25 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 bar spoon of agave nectar

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker half filled with ice and strain carefully into your prepared glass. Salted or unsalted.
