Every July, the rolling grounds of Goodwood House in West Sussex become the epicenter of the automotive world. For four exhilarating days, the Goodwood Festival of Speed brings together racing legends, collectors, industry leaders, and enthusiasts to celebrate the past, present, and future of high-performance motoring. Historic Formula One cars share the famous hill climb with cutting-edge hypercars, while many of the world’s most prestigious manufacturers choose Goodwood to unveil their latest creations.

This year, Aston Martin arrives with what it describes as its most performance-focused lineup ever, led by the debut of three new “S” models that place an even greater emphasis on precision, speed, and driver engagement. Taking place July 9–12, the festival will see the British marque showcase the DB12 S, Vantage S, and DBX S, alongside halo models including Valkyrie, Valhalla, Vanquish, and the AMR25 Formula One car.

Leading the charge is the DB12 S, an even more focused evolution of Aston Martin’s acclaimed grand tourer. Beneath its sculpted bonnet sits a 700 PS twin-turbocharged V8 producing 800 Nm of torque, propelling the coupe from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds. Yet the story extends well beyond straight-line performance. Revised chassis tuning, recalibrated electronic differential settings, standard carbon-ceramic brakes, and a more expressive exhaust system have all been engineered to deliver a sharper, more engaging driving experience without sacrificing the refinement expected from a modern Aston Martin.

The new Vantage S further reinforces the brand’s commitment to driver-focused performance. Its 680 PS 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 launches the coupe to 60 mph in only 3.3 seconds, while extensive suspension revisions, bespoke throttle calibration, and new powertrain mounts promise greater steering precision and confidence through every corner. Aerodynamic enhancements, including a full-width rear spoiler, not only sharpen its visual presence but also generate meaningful downforce at speed.

For those seeking performance without compromise, Aston Martin’s flagship SUV returns in the form of the DBX S. Building on the already formidable DBX707, the latest model delivers 727 PS and 900 Nm of torque while shedding up to 47 kilograms through lightweight engineering. Borrowing advanced technology from the forthcoming Valhalla supercar, the DBX S continues to redefine expectations of what a luxury performance SUV can achieve. Its return to Goodwood comes one year after establishing the festival’s SUV hill climb record, reinforcing its position among the world’s most capable high-performance utility vehicles.

While the new S models headline Aston Martin’s display, the brand’s most exclusive creations will also take center stage throughout the weekend. The extraordinary Valkyrie remains one of the most extreme road-legal cars ever conceived, while the plug-in hybrid Valhalla signals Aston Martin’s next chapter in electrified performance. Completing the lineup is the latest Vanquish, celebrating 25 years of one of the marque’s most iconic nameplates.

Formula One will once again play a prominent role during the festival as the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team sends the AMR25 up Goodwood’s legendary hill climb throughout the weekend. Drivers Jak Crawford and Jessica Hawkins will each make their Goodwood Festival of Speed debut behind the wheel, adding another layer of excitement to an event already renowned for bringing together every facet of modern motorsport.

More than a showcase of horsepower and engineering, the Goodwood Festival of Speed remains one of the few places where heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation converge. Aston Martin’s 2026 lineup reflects that spirit perfectly, demonstrating how the British marque continues to evolve while remaining true to the timeless elegance and performance that have defined it for more than a century.

The 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed takes place July 9–12 at Goodwood House in West Sussex. Tickets, hospitality packages, and additional event information are available through the festival’s official website.
