The interiors reflect the studio’s own design philosophy. Raw urban materials such as exposed concrete, brick, and steel create a bold architectural framework, while bespoke joinery, rich textiles, and carefully layered lighting introduce warmth and comfort. Black and white serve as the dominant palette, creating contrast without conflict. Industrial and refined, masculine and soft, structured and inviting, the opposing elements are brought together into a seamless whole.
In many ways, the studio itself becomes a design object — a living manifestation of the balance that Claire Dominics Buro seeks to achieve within its hospitality and residential design projects.
Art occupies a central role throughout the space. A dedicated gallery has been integrated into the studio, reflecting the belief that art should never be treated as an afterthought.
