The three-course Lunch Prix-Fixe is the easy win: start with something light like the cult-favorite Hama Chili, move into mains that include a brand-new burger made just for lunch, and close with a seasonal sorbet. If you want to go bigger, the Uchi Lunch pairs a choice of entrée, think Crispy Rice with Mushroom, Karaage, Walu Walu, or Pork Katsu, with a Gem Salad, Daily Temaki, and two pieces of the chef’s choice nigiri.
Other exclusives keep things interesting: a Sushi Omakase, a Chirashi Bowl loaded with salmon, tuna, and yellowtail, plus daily desserts like the Fried Milk Sundae and rotating drink specials.
Of course, plenty of Uchi signatures make the cut too, from hot and cool tastings to sashimi and makimono, and sushi boxes are available to-go for those keeping it quick.
Lunch runs daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at 252 NW 25th St. Reservations can be made through SevenRooms or by calling 305.995.0915. More at uchi.uchirestaurants.com/miami
