Celebrate World Rum Day with some of these delicious (and strong) tipples.
CUT RUM
There are three variations here to tickle everyone’s taste buds. Meet CUT Spice for those who love a taste sensation. It’s premium Caribbean Rum infused with, you’ve guessed it real spices from aniseed, nutmeg and fiery ginger to a black peppercorn, cinnamon, lemon peel and then there are the sweet vanilla pods. CUT Smoke is the UK’s first naturally smoked rum; they take a 3-year-old Jamaican rum and infuse it with Arabica coffee beans, smoked with burnt wood chips, and left to rest in oak barrels for a real depth of flavor. While the CUT Overproof is super smooth, featuring the spices, but at over 70%, it takes expect a rum with a bang.
“CUT RUM is real rum for real people. Natural ingredients blended with quality rum sourced from Jamaica and Trinidad and created in copper pot stills. It is hard to say which is my favorite of the range, but I will be enjoying CUT OVERPROOF in a twist on the tiki classic, Missionary’s Downfall. It is a refreshing, tasty blended relative of the Aku Aku cocktail. However, this variation may sneak up on you and will only leave you wanting more!” Dami Whitfield, CUT RUM Brand Ambassador | www.cutrum.com
