This is a facial expression exercise, so limber up your face first and make sure that it is loose and flexible. Now we are going to tighten up all of the muscles in the face and give a scowling expression, hold that and then tighten the muscles around the eyebrows and close your eyes as if you are trying to bring them further down towards the eyes. Once you have completed this, open your eyes and push your eyebrows with the muscles in your face, as high as you feel that they can go, hold his pose for 5 seconds. Once again, we are going to complete this for a total amount of 6 times.
