Spray Guns
Spray equipment parts like spray guns are essential industrial finishing tools that allow fast, accurate application оf liquid paint coatings to create seamless, uniform finishes. By atomizing the spray to maximize transfer efficiency and minimize overspray, these tools enable fast application with little wasteful overspray.
Before purchasing a gun, take into account how often and оn what materials іt will be used. Selecting a gun specifically tailored to meet your individual needs will lead to increased productivity over time.
Graco’s Tech Team can assist in selecting an air gun suitable for your business needs. Additionally, we stock replacement needle nozzle kits, paint cup liners оf various sizes, and paint gun regulators with turbine hoses to complete our selection оf air gun parts.
Hoses
Hoses come in various forms from water hoses to fire hoses; all provide flexible tubing to transport fluid or gas and convey pressure or vacuum signals from control circuits or gauges.
Hoses come in various materials depending on their environment and pressure rating requirements, such as flexible dredge rubber hoses designed to withstand abrasion and crush resistance; EPDM, nitrile, and chlorobutyl options also are available for oil-resistant applications.
Neoprene is an ideal material for hose applications in hot or cold temperatures and offers good chemical resistance, so choosing the appropriate neoprene hose material for your application can have significant impacts on performance and lifespan.
Hose Reels
Hose reels provide an efficient means of keeping hoses neatly wound when not in use, with various designs to accommodate various hose lengths and types. Wall-mounted, portable, or vehicle-mounted reels may be found affixed directly onto vehicles such as firetrucks.
Reels can be divided into different categories depending on their cylinder diameter and length of hose they can accommodate, their pressure rating, and their method of retraction. To use a reel effectively, you simply turn a handle (or engage its motor for electric and hydraulic models), coiling the hose around itself for easy retrieval when required while also protecting it from wear and tear and preventing kinks in its coiling process.
Boom Assemblies
Boom assemblies are used on Graco spray machines to guide fins out of the machine and onto shelves or fin catchers. They can be set off when cutting occurs and come equipped with timers so as to remain open for as long as desired.
The guidance structure 15 includes, in general, a first set of guide rails 22 secured to the interior corners of the outer boom 12; the second set of guide rails 22a attached to the inner boom 14; and the first roller assembly 32 coupled to its proximal end 26 of the inner boom 14.
The second roller assembly 34 comprises a support frame 54 mounted to the distal end 16 of the outer boom 12, as well as two roller bars 56 and 58 that can swivel rotatably to engage guide rails 22a during telescopic movement.
