Peregrine is a luxury, English Heritage clothing brand that has 225 years under its belt. Expect both men and womenswear lines, made up of topnotch materials as you’d expect, from merino wool jumpers and cardigans to timeless wax jackets. Who is your customer base?
Currently, it mainly men in the 30 to 50-year-old age range with love for the outdoors.  Actor Tom Hardy has worn our knitwear and jackets several times. British TV presenter Dermot O’Leary favors our lightweight zero-waste knitted polos and crewnecks.

How do you balance heritage and appeal to the modern shopper?
The Heritage is something we are very proud of, but the brand is all about its sustainable and traceable manufacturing; learning from its history, we focus on what is relevant now and will help us stay relevant in the future.

Do you have a favorite piece from the current collection?
My favorite piece is the wool over-shirt I’m currently wearing; I wear it all year round. It’s such an easy piece as it goes with everything and is made from 100% sustainable wool.

How would you like your brand to evolve?
I want the brand to grow globally while remaining true to its heritage. This means working with a few well-chosen retailers internationally and continuing to grow our direct-to-consumer business via our website.

We have some exciting new stockists coming on board for AW21 in London, New York, and Paris, and we have seen a growing appetite for the brand in China. It feels like staying true to our core vision of making long-lasting, well-priced, honest clothes is paying off.
