Few stylists shape modern red carpet dressing with the quiet authority of Micaela Erlanger. Long trusted by Hollywood’s most discerning names, she now turns her attention to a different stage—one defined by the enduring glamour of ocean travel.

In collaboration with Cunard, Erlanger introduces an exclusive styling experience for guests in the line’s Queens Grill and Princess Grill Suites. The offering reframes packing as part of the journey rather than a practical task.

Micaela Erlanger’s work stands apart for its precision. She dresses clients such as Meryl Streep and Lupita Nyong’o with a clear, refined point of view. Beyond the red carpet, she shapes campaigns for L’Oréal, Lancôme, Nike, Bentley, and Cadillac. Each project reflects the same disciplined approach.

That sensibility now extends to life at sea.

The service centers on a digital style guide created by Erlanger and offered to Grill Suite guests at no additional cost. It presents wardrobe suggestions aligned with the rhythm of a Cunard voyage. Guests will find guidance for warm and cooler climates, sea days, and formal evenings.

“Preparing for a Cunard voyage should feel just as special as the trip itself,” Erlanger says. “I want to remove the guesswork from packing and replace it with inspiration. Guests should feel confident and beautifully styled for every moment—whether at afternoon tea, a gala evening, or by the pool.”

Guests who want a more tailored approach can arrange virtual consultations before departure. They may also book private appointments at Erlanger’s New York studio, where she refines wardrobes with the same discretion used for high-profile appearances.

The collaboration builds naturally on Cunard’s long-standing relationship with style. “Fashion has been a hallmark of Cunard voyages for generations,” says Katie McAlister, President of Cunard. “From gala evenings to Transatlantic Fashion Week, working with Micaela Erlanger allows us to honor that heritage while offering something modern and personal.”

The service will run on voyages departing between May 2026 and April 2027. Cunard limits it to Grill Suite guests, who already enjoy the line’s most elevated accommodations. These include private balconies, expansive living spaces, butler service, and dedicated dining venues.

Cunard’s legacy reflects travelers who treat style as part of the journey itself. Figures such as Elizabeth Taylor, Audrey Hepburn, and Princess Diana helped define that sensibility.

With Erlanger’s involvement, that tradition evolves with ease. Today’s traveler can approach a voyage wardrobe with the same intention as a red carpet appearance—yet with a confidence that feels entirely natural at sea.
