Planning a girls’ getaway starts with choosing the best personality combinations of friends to travel together. Next, pick a destination that fits the group’s needs—luxury accommodations with plenty of activities for adventure seekers and tranquil spaces for downtime. Where to Stay

Rock House – 46 exclusive villas with dedicated butler service, all oceanfront and most with 180° water views, make it an excellent choice for a getaway for two to twenty women. Gals wanting their personal space can book the studio, while those wanting late-night chats can choose two bedrooms or book their “Reserve” three or five-bedroom oceanfront villas. Private chefs can come to the Reserve villas to prepare special feasts for the group, and the hotel concierge can stock the villa with your favorite libations and snacks before your arrival. Our Villa No. 9 butler, Khalil, handled the details with dispatch. When I stained a linen dress, he ensured it was cleaned and ready for dinner within hours. He checked up on my friend Carolyn after she had slammed her hand in the louvre doors, but most importantly, he delivered our favorite wines to us poolside at the villa, stat!

As a member of the LHW (Luxury Hotels of the World) group, guests will enjoy perks like free Wi-Fi and daily breakfast for two. The exclusive beach below the infinity pool next to the restaurant Vita and cool Cave Bar is a wonderful spot to beat the heat with a nice dip in the crystal blue waters.

Grace Bay Club – set on one of the best beaches in the world, the Grace Bay Club attracts families, but smartly has rooms in the section named The Hotel reserved for adults only. There will be no fussy toddler cries, nor kids running down the hallways to disturb a catch-up session. Stunning sunset dinners for friends or a romantic couple date night are a must-do at the resort. Water sports like kayaking, snorkeling, and sailing on the aquamarine waters make for an adventurous afternoon in the sun.

South Bank is an iconic oceanfront resort and marina. This exclusive property on the southern shores of Providenciales is a 31-acre master-planned community featuring 92 contemporary-designed waterfront accommodations with amazing amenities. Lagoon villas with private butlers, private pools, and secluded gardens are ideal for friends or families. For a real treat, book massages in the private huts overlooking the tranquil lagoon waters.

What to Do

Book a private all-day boat charter with Caicos Luxury Charters to see the highlights of Turks & Caicos by water. Their Axopar 37’ boat, captained by a local, knows the secluded spots for a private beach picnic on one of the many beautiful sandbars. Bask in the sunny shorelines, snorkel at the offshore reefs frequented by sea turtles feasting on the grassy bottoms, or enjoy the boat’s shade while sipping a flute of chilled bubbles.

Luxury shopping at the boutiques in the plazas at Grace Bay includes plenty of jewelry, but stores also feature an array of resort wear, perfumes, locally made organic skin care items, soaps, and their famous Turks and Caicos salt products. Rock House, Grace Bay Club, and South Bank each have specialty shops with gorgeous beach bags, handbags, clothing, swimwear, and high-end souvenirs.

Where to Dine

Terrace dining at the Vita restaurant at Rock House is a super experience. Enjoying panoramic ocean views while enjoying their Rock ‘N’ Roll-inspired cocktails and Italian-inspired dishes is a true Caribbean treat.

The Infiniti Restaurant & Raw Bar at the Grace Bay Club offers beachside gourmet dining in a relaxed, chic, and sophisticated atmosphere. The chef uses fresh local products (seafood is their specialty) and presents them in creative, modern ways. Their robust wine list is the best on the island. Sit by the fire pits after dinner and enjoy live music and curated island cocktails.

Fly into Providenciales and book the fast-track service at the airport with Skypass Caribbean, special priority immigration and customs service, passport lanes upon arrival, and expedited security lanes upon departure. They can also arrange luxury transport services to your hotel, villa, or resort.

Villa No. 9 at Rock House has four bedrooms in the main villa and a casita at the back, perfect for guests needing extra privacy or those traveling with a staff member or teenager wanting added privacy.
