The Hoffman Mansion is a 28,000 square foot, 21-room luxury mansion overlooking the mighty Mississippi River near Hamilton, Illinois. We can accommodate up to eight people for an overnight or long-term stay while we also host events that entertain up to 75 guests.

The illustrious property sits on a bluff overlooking the river, allowing visitors to take in a panoramic view of the Keokuk-Hamilton Dam, the Keokuk Power Plant, and a broad scope of Midwest wildlife. Owner and visionary Jim Hoffman built the mansion near Hamilton, Illinois, to be grounded in local charm, yet dramatically modeled in a worldly design style. Construction finished on the 28,000 square feet, 21 room estate in 2006. Fourteen rooms on the main level render the Hoffman Mansion experience remarkable, to say the least.
The stately Hoffman Mansion features gated access to secure the ultra-private site while an awe-inspiring circle drive and grand entrance greet hosts and their guests. On the west side of the property sits an impressive outdoor terrace overlooking the river. Parties, galas, and other events go from the indoor to outdoor backdrop with a refined touch in any setting.
Art, craftsmanship, and architecture take center stage at the Hoffman Mansion. Intricate wood millwork, imported marble details, hand-made furniture, and an eye-opening art collection fill every room. Pieces come from France, Italy, South America, the Caribbean, and many other exotic locales.
