The Streetfighter is a striking-looking motorcycle with a sharp personality like any Ducati. Yes, the new iteration of this naked superbike brings it closer to the mad Panigale motorcycle with edgy dynamics built into its character. The 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale engine is the talking point and it is even more intense now with increased power. Plus, there is also an optional Akrapovic racing exhaust which further increases the horsepower count.
It is also a more potent track tool overall and is lighter while again blurring the lines with the Panigale. It is the most raucous naked superbike around and the track prowess has been dialled up further. There is more stiffness and that brings in better traction. However, it is also tuned for everyday riding while being a bit more comfortable now while still maintaining its wicket character. Other updates include a chassis, ergonomics, and a tweaked styling theme. It looks unique but is very much like a superbike sans the fairing. The new headlamp reminds you that this could very well be Tony Stark’s ride while elsewhere, the new Streetfighter has a more vertical load (+17 kg at 270km/h) plus lower wings which offer more stability. Comfort-wise, the seat is now thicker and the two ducts are integrated into the side panels. This means better thermal comfort and you can ride it around town too while being more suitable for taller riders than a full-on superbike. Even the TFT dash is the same as the Panigale.
Prices for the new Ducati Streetfighter are $23,395 while the V4 S will set you back by $29,295. It is expensive but make no mistake, it is the most hardcore superbike tuned naked motorcycle that you can buy Ducati always does that but now it is a better allrounder considering the plethora of tweaks. However, compared to the Panigale it is more practical and the engine has a sense of duality with its broader performance spectrum. That said, it looks and feels extreme while matching the looks with its insane performance.
