Ableforth's Bathtub Gin, Old Tom Gin cocktail

Ableforth’s Tom Collins
– 40ml Bathtub Gin Old Tom
– 20ml lemon juice
– 10ml sugar syrup
– Soda water

Malfy Gin cocktail

Malfy con Arancia Sicilian Sour 
– Malfy con Arancia
– 1 lime
– Simple syrup
– Angostura bitters
– Orange bitters
Mix 4 parts Malfy con Arancia with 1 part fresh lime juice. Then add 1 dash of simple syrup, 1 dash of Angostura bitters and 2 dashes of orange bitters. Serve the liquid over ice in a tumbler and garnish with a strip of orange. Malfy con Arancia Gin, Malfy Gin

– Pinkster Royale
– Highgrove Cuvée Champagne Blanc Champagne

Absinthe & Lime Punch
– 30ml
– 2 limes for juicing
– 30ml simple syrup 
– 120ml soda water
Nicknamed La Fée Verte (The Green Fairy), Absinthe is distilled from the herb Grande Wormwood and has a bittersweet, aniseed-rich flavor. This drink literally packs a punch, juice the limes and add all the ingredients into a punch bowl. Add plenty of cucumbers to garnish.

Whitley Neill’s Clementine Negroni
– 25ml Whitley Neill Dry Gin
– 25ml Campari
– 25ml Italian Vermouth
– 25ml fresh clementine juice
Add all ingredients to a rocks glass, along with cubed ice, and stir well. Garnish with a slice of fresh clementine. Delicious and fresh, this is one to enjoy in the sun.
