Bentley Motors is celebrating its centenary with a limited-edition collection of Bentley Home furniture at the Salone del Mobile fair in Milan. Founded January 18, 1919, by Walter Owen Bentley and his brother, Horace Millner Bentley, the famed British luxury cars and SUV company uses inspiration from Bentley’s past and present to pave the way for innovative designs for the future.
Created by Bentley Design, this exclusive line has a limited run of 100 special edition pieces of chairs, foot-stool and desks each bearing the special Bentley Centenary logo etched into the metalwork. Inspired by the brand’s bold design coupled with the use of high-quality material and dedication to perfection in manufacturing execution, these pieces pay homage to values of its company in Crewe.
Sourcing modern materials, this selection of contemporary home furniture stands as statement pieces that complement global lifestyles and impeccable interior tastes. Skilled artisans hand-craft these contemporary materials to present inspiring pieces that are meant to stand out from the crowd.
From W.O. Bentley creating the first prototype which transformed the face of motoring, these pieces celebrate the spirit of its storied century while looking to blaze the path ahead. Each bespoke piece uses metal frames crafted from gold-plated iron and dark stained oak features that are brushed with liquid gold.
