The Concept

ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea will embrace these advancements, offering the latest in health and wellness to allow guests to significantly enhance their life expectancy and well-being.
Overseen by a team of world-renowned experts, ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea is more than just a health program. It is about reordering priorities, internalizing prevention, and forming healthy habits for the future, so guests learn to embrace, understand,d and positively accept the passage of time.
The clinic will offer tailored health programs, preventative medical treatments, and cutting-edge technologies, combined with ancient therapies and ancestral wisdom for a holistic approach that contributes to each guest’s positive and personalized transformation.
Equipped with highly advanced medical technologies across 32 different practices, a team of professionals from 25 specialties including doctors, therapists, psychologists, and nutritionists will be on hand to service each guest’s specific needs and goals. Six integrated health programmes will cover two fundamental areas of prevention: Longevity which aims to create the conditions for a longer and fuller life, and Balance and Vitality for weight control and body cleansing, as well as stress management and the restoration of balance. In addition, each program can be combined with complementary treatments called Boosts that focus on six specific areas such as dermo-aesthetics, pain relief, and sleep.

ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea will offer luxurious accommodations made up of 95 suites, many of which have views across the Bay of Altea and the island of La Olla. Every element has been exquisitely crafted to deliver a unique experience in an atmosphere of serenity, sustainability, and Mediterranean beauty. Natural materials and handcrafted furniture feature throughout, with special attention paid to ensuring the Mediterranean light filters through every corner to enhance well-being. The décor and natural surroundings of the gardens and swimming pools are immersed in native, centuries-old vegetation that invites guests to disconnect, breathe, and take time to embark on a journey inward, aligning body, mind, and spirit.

The Cuisine
Each of ZEM’s programmes will come with a personalised food plan which is carefully selected for its nutritional value. These plans are based on the Mediterranean Diet principles and the benefits are recognized worldwide for preventing numerous illnesses and extending longevity. All menus will be prepared using local organic food grown from ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea’s very own certified sustainable farm, Finca Althaya.
