A holiday in Croatia is perfect if you want to sit back and relax in luxury. One of our favorite spots on the island of Hvar – it has beautiful beaches, like the Pakleni, as well as the stunning Tvdalj Castle and Fortica, a hilltop fortress with picturesque views.
There are so many gorgeous spots at this hidden gem in Croatia that you’ll want to snap photos everywhere you go. Plus, it’s one of the sunniest spots in the country, with 2724 sunny hours a year, so take advantage of its luxurious beaches and elegant restaurants.

Slovenia
In our opinion, Slovenia is completely underrated as a holiday destination. It has plenty of picturesque little towns, like Bled, featuring fairy-tale churches and castles, as well as a stunning backdrop of snow-tipped mountains.
Bled is gorgeously idyllic and looks like something from a painting – it really needs to be seen to be believed. You can explore all the breathtaking walks, admire the emerald-green Lake Bled and relax in the iconic thermal springs. Slovenia is absolutely perfect for a peaceful and luxurious break in the sun.
Italy
Always a popular holiday spot, in 2017 Italy attracted 14.43 million tourists in June alone! It’s easy to see why, with its reputation for sunny weather, delicious cuisine and beautiful sights.
How about trying somewhere a little different for your trip to Italy though? Instead of Rome, Milan, or Florence, try some lesser-known destinations like Portofino or Cinque Terre.
Portofino is a little village on the Italian Riviera coastline with high-end boutiques and gorgeous cobbled squares to explore. Nearby is Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997 and home to some dramatic coastal scenery and pretty pastel buildings set along the stunning cliffside.
